A truly remarkable experience cruising the most dramatic
part of the whole Turkish coast (10,000ft mountains),
with an exquisite site in the mountains called Olympus
and an early evening departure from Hadrian’s
gate, down the Roman street of Phaselis (with the ghosts
of Achilles, Alexander and Hadrian) to attend one of
the most dramatic nights of your life to see and experience
Aida, Turandot, Cavalleria Rusticana or Swan Lake (depending
on this year’s programme), after a champagne supper.
Afterwards sitting in the finest Roman Theatre (not
amphitheatre) still standing in the whole of the ancient
Roman Empire. Depending on the length of your holiday
you could attend two performances.
