A chance to study a period of great artistic and architectural achievement  by road to and from Ankara then via the Turkish Lake District to see the Seljuk palaces and mansions, the hans and caravansaries in the ancient caravan route to Konya, Kayseri and Sivas, continuing our journey on the ancient caravan route to Ulu Cami and Sifahane to see one of the most remarkable Seljuk monuments, the Gok Medrese, then on to Sivas and Amasya. Then to Ankara and overnight train to Istanbul.
